What a Perfect Fall Wedding! Fall is my favorite time of yet to shoot, especially a wedding. But, it’s always a little nerve-wracking to shoot a wedding in a location with which I am unfamiliar. Shya told me she had a location in Fort Wayne that would be perfect. I was pleasantly surprised when I drove up to this location! It is a gorgeous farm, with meticulous landscaping, an awesome old barn with a creek with a bridge running through it. The back yard is a woods climbing uphill with wooden stairs etched into it. The sunlight filtered through the trees perfectly, offering amazing lighting! Shya and Dylan are just the sweetest couple. They truly love each other and have an amazing love for others. PIN

Dylan and Shya were both nervous to do their first look! They were so sweet with each other and took their time talking and enjoying the moment below!

As a fall wedding would have it, the night before the wedding offered some heavy rain. So with the ground a little wet and muddy, I moved Shya as little as possible. Luckily, when Shya looked at me, the red barn was in the background, and when her back to was me the gorgeous trees was the background! I could just not go wrong with this location!

I just love this porch with the red bench and brick! We joked about the height difference between Dylan and Shya. So, I told Dylan to lift Shya onto the bench. Not only was the shot super cute, but I was able to get their reflection in the window! So cute!

I just loved this bridge with the little creek. Shya was up for anything and loved the bridge as well! So, we used it from every angle possible!

And, finally, these wooden steps etched into the side of the hill are just perfect. I loved the sun filtering through the trees above!
